For home care agencies, funeral homes and local service businesses

AI systems for local businesses, connected to the tools you already use.

We set up practical AI systems that help people find you in AI assistants, ask for and answer reviews, reply to every inquiry, and keep an eye on your operations. They work inside the software you already run, and by default a person on your team approves what goes out.

Fixed scope, fixed price, written agreement. We never ask for your passwords. No one can promise what an AI will say, and we don't.

Services

Four systems. Start with one.

Each one is a fixed-scope project with a written price, built on top of the tools you already have. The easiest place to start is the free AI Visibility Snapshot or a 20-minute call.

01 / visibilityLive now

AI Visibility

See how often AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Google's AI, Gemini and Perplexity name your business for local questions. Then we fix the listings and pages they read.

  • Free snapshot: plain counts, with the method stated
  • One-time Fix: complete, consistent listings and site pages
  • Re-test with the same method at 60–90 days
Snapshot free · Fix from $1,500Monitoring $200–500 / month, optional
02 / reviewsAvailable

Review & Reputation Autopilot

Ask every customer for a review the same, rule-following way, and answer every review with a reply that a person approves before it's posted.

  • No gating, no incentives, no staff quotas
  • AI-drafted replies that never confirm someone is a client
  • Monthly report on reviews and replies
From $2,500 setup+ from $300 / month
03 / inquiriesAvailable

Inquiry-to-Client Desk

Every web form, email and missed-call text gets a fast, AI-drafted reply. It's sent on its own only when the system is highly confident; otherwise it waits for a person.

  • Human in the loop by default
  • Every inquiry logged in your CRM
  • Follow-up until booked, or until they say stop
From $5,000 setup+ from $500 / month
04 / operationsCustom pilot

Operations Command Center

One dashboard and alert layer over your scheduling, accounting, CRM and phones: exceptions, renewals, margin warnings and plain-English summaries.

  • Read-only by default
  • Built as a fixed-scope pilot
  • By application, after a scoping call
Pilot from $10,000+ monthly, quoted after scoping

Inquiries in, replies out

What an Inquiry Desk is built to do: replies keep pace with inquiries through the week, evenings and weekends included.

  • Inquiries arriving
  • Replies drafted or sent

Where a week of messages might go

Each day's messages split three ways by the confidence gate.

  • Sent automatically (approved message types only)
  • Waiting for a person
  • Follow-up scheduled
Illustrative example — not client data.No real numbers. At launch, every message waits for a person; automatic sending is switched on only for message types you approve.
How we work

Map, connect, launch, run

The same four steps for every system, so you always know what happens next and what it costs.

  1. Map

We look at the tools you use and where things fall through today. You get a written scope with a fixed price before any build starts. If a tool doesn't allow the access we'd need, we tell you here.

  2. Connect

We connect to your tools through their official access, using accounts you own. You add us as a user; we never ask for your passwords. We read only what the system needs.

  3. Launch

We test with your team, and you approve every message template. At launch, a person approves what goes out. Automatic sending is switched on later, only for message types you choose.

  4. Run

We watch the system, fix what breaks, and send a plain monthly report. You can pause it at any time. If you leave, we hand over everything we built for you.

  • Fixed scope
  • Fixed price
  • Written agreement
  • Human approval by default
  • You own your data and accounts
Integrations

Works with the tools you already use

You don't need new software. We build on what you run today. These are examples of the kinds of tools we connect to.

Listings & reviews

  • Google Business Profile
  • Yelp (listing details only)
  • Apple Business
  • Bing
  • Facebook
  • Foursquare (Apple Maps listing data)

Email & calendar

  • Gmail
  • Outlook / Microsoft 365
  • Google Calendar
  • Calendly
  • Cal.com

Phones & texting

  • Twilio
  • Your business phone provider
  • Missed-call alerts

Scheduling & field service

  • Jobber
  • Housecall Pro
  • Industry scheduling software

Accounting & payments

  • QuickBooks
  • Xero
  • Stripe

CRM, forms & sheets

  • HubSpot
  • Google Sheets
  • Website forms (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix)

Integration depends on each tool's API access. What we can connect, and how, depends on what each tool allows and sometimes on your plan with it. We confirm this in the Map step, before you pay for a build. Tool names belong to their owners; listing them doesn't mean we're partnered with, certified by or endorsed by them.

Who it's for

Independent businesses that people find by town

Non-medical home care agencies

Families looking for help at home for a parent often ask for a recommendation by city, and expect a quick, kind reply when they reach out.

Privacy first: review replies never confirm that someone is a client, and health-related messages are only handled under an appropriate written agreement (a BAA).

Independent funeral homes

Families often need to choose quickly and at a hard time. Your details should be accurate everywhere, and every inquiry should get a prompt, careful answer.

We never publish or change your prices, and review requests are timed with care and approved by you.

Other local service businesses

Septic, foundation repair, cleaning, trades and other businesses that serve a local area: the same systems apply wherever inquiries, reviews and scheduling pile up.

Not sure it fits? Book a call. If something isn't worth doing for you, we'll say so.

Pricing

Clear starting prices

Every project gets a fixed price in a written proposal before any work starts. The prices below are where each service starts.

Starting prices for each service
ServiceSetup or projectMonthlyStatus
AI VisibilitySnapshot free · Fix from $1,500, one timeMonitoring $200–500, optionalLive now
Review & Reputation AutopilotFrom $2,500From $300Available
Inquiry-to-Client DeskFrom $5,000From $500Available
Operations Command CenterFixed-scope pilot from $10,000Quoted after scopingBy application

What moves a price up from the starting point: more locations, more tools to connect, more message channels, or higher volume. Costs charged by other companies, such as texting fees, phone numbers, software subscriptions or AI usage, are listed in your proposal, so there are no surprises.

Honest limits

What we won’t promise, and what we will

AI tools are useful, and they are also oversold. Here is exactly where we draw the line.

We won't promise

  • What ChatGPT, Google, Gemini, Perplexity or any other AI will say about you, or a ranking in their answers.
  • A number of reviews, stars, calls, bookings or revenue.
  • Fully hands-off AI. By default, a person approves what goes out.
  • To filter out unhappy customers, offer rewards for reviews, or write reviews.
  • A connection a tool doesn't allow. If a tool has no usable access, we tell you before you pay for a build.
  • To replace your staff. The systems draft, sort and remind; your people decide.

We will

  • Deliver every item in your written scope, at the price we agreed.
  • Tell you how we measure anything we report, so you can check it.
  • Keep you as the owner of your accounts and your data, and hand everything over if you leave.
  • Turn on automatic sending only for message types you approve in writing.
  • Name every tool and AI provider we use for you in your proposal.
  • Tell you plainly when something isn't worth doing.
Questions

Common questions

What do you mean by an “AI system”?

A set of connections and rules around the tools you already use, with AI doing the reading, drafting and sorting. For example: a new web inquiry arrives, the system drafts a reply using the facts you gave us, a person on your team approves it, and the conversation is logged in your CRM. It's not a chatbot we bolt onto your website, and it's not a new app you have to learn.

Do I have to change my software?

No. We build on what you already use, such as your email, phone, calendar, scheduling, accounting and CRM. If one of your tools doesn't allow the access a system needs, we tell you during the Map step and suggest options before you pay for a build.

Will AI send messages without anyone checking?

Not unless you decide it should. At launch, a person approves every message. Later, you can choose specific message types, such as a simple “thanks, here's how to book” reply, that may go out automatically when the system is highly confident. Anything unusual, sensitive or unclear still goes to a person.

Who owns the data and the setup?

You do. Your accounts stay in your name, your data stays yours, and if you stop working with us we hand over the templates, rules and documentation we built for you, and delete our copies as set out in your agreement.

Are the newer services proven?

AI Visibility is our first service. Review & Reputation Autopilot, the Inquiry-to-Client Desk and the Command Center are newer, so we don't show results we don't have yet. That's why every project has a fixed scope, starts with a person approving everything, and can be paused at any time.

We're a home care agency. What about privacy?

Review replies never confirm that someone is a client and never mention care details. Inquiries can include health information, so we only handle those messages under an appropriate written agreement (a Business Associate Agreement, or BAA) and with tools that support one. Otherwise, we set the system up so health details aren't collected and those messages go straight to your staff. Please confirm your own obligations with your counsel.

We're a funeral home. Will you touch our prices?

No. We never publish or change prices. Any price information comes from your current General Price List, and you approve it. Review requests are timed with care, and you approve the wording.

Can you promise results?

We guarantee the work: every deliverable in your written scope. We don't guarantee what any AI assistant will say, or a number of reviews, calls or bookings, because those depend on things no one controls.

How do I pay?

After you've agreed a scope and signed the service agreement, you pay by card or bank transfer through a secure payment link or invoice. Payment timing is set out in your proposal. See the payment page for details.
